AS ever, it has been a busy week down at the Bradford City Football Development Programme.

For starters, they are part of The Community & Education Football Alliance (CEFA) and the league has agreed for the season to restart and to be extended until the end of June.

They have already announced fixtures against Barnsley, Harrogate, Chesterfield, Doncaster and Oldham, with further details on times and dates shortly.

They are also continuing their push to get youngsters involved at a variety of age groups.

Anyone wanting to sign their children up to the U9-U14 programme needs to email: joe.woodger@bcfcommunity.co.uk

Woodger said: "Our aim is to create a fun environment for kids to develop their football and social skills.

"Player development is a big focus of our programme, in allowing players to experiment with a football as much as possible in both games and training."

And if you need any more convincing, Bantams striker Clayton Donaldson has recorded a video to encourage children to get involved.

City's FDP have reminded people that they can joining their U23 Squad and play in the National Football Youth League

They can do that by getting involved in the club's Degree Programme, linked with Loughborough University.
