AN ex-Bradford Bulls player has become vice-captain at a Super League club.
Elliot Minchella will participate in captaincy duties below Shaun Kenny-Dowall at Hull KR this coming season.
The second row Bradfordian was one of the quintet of Bulls players to leave for Rovers back in 2019.
Extremely proud to be given this role within the team, I’ve been on a rollercoaster in my career so far but this is definitely the highest point. Bring on 2021 with the boys 🔴⚪️ @hullkrofficial https://t.co/F227ot88jl

Minchella came through the Leeds Rhinos academy after previously appearing on the books at his hometown club - of which he is still a staunch supporter of to this day.
The West Bowling product, who was raised in Clayton Heights, made his top-flight debut for Rhinos in 2013.
Following spells at London Broncos and Sheffield Eagles, he returned home on an initial two-year deal in September 2017.
At the end of the 2018 season, Minchella signed a three-year full-time deal with Bradford.
He bagged an amazing 45 tries and 37 goals in his 59 appearances for the club.
Since moving to Hull, the 25-year-old has only been able to feature 16 times, crossing the whitewash on three occasions, due to the pandemic ruining the 2020 season.
