KEIGHLEY Cougars will be kitted out in style for their first two matches of 2021.

They created a 'Thank You NHS' shirt last April, and said they always intended to wear it for a match, though at the time, Rhys Lovegrove's side had no idea when they would be returning.

But their first game of the season is in just 10 days' time, a friendly against Bradford Bulls in Dewsbury, so they will finally get chance to run out in it, 11 months after designing it.

If that wasn't enough, Cougars will also be wearing it for their Challenge Cup clash at London Broncos later this month.

The kit incorporates the Union Jack, the NHS logo, local sponsor Acorn Stairlifts, and the rainbow LGBTQ+ flag.

Last November, it was confirmed sales of the jersey had raised nearly £3,500 for the Airedale Hospital charity.
