CITY'S Football Development Programme are looking for a lead coach for their Development Squad.

The plan is for the successful candidate to develop players at the U15/U16 age group, as well as deliver a weekly session to those youngsters in line with the FDP syllabus.

Perhaps more excitingly, the coach would be tasked with organising two games each month on Saturdays.

You need to have a minimum FA Level 2 in coaching to be considered for the role, or at least be working towards that qualification. You must also have a full and clean driving licence.

As part of the role, you will need to be free on Tuesday nights from 7-8pm and on those two aforementioned Saturday mornings each month.

To apply, email: dom.rowe@bcfccommunity.co.uk

There are plenty of success stories to be had in that age group, with U16s goalkeeper Liam Shall being handed a trial at Doncaster Rovers' academy earlier this week.

Further up the age scale at the FDP, and the club are taking applicants for their degree programme.

Linked with Loughborough Sport, it offers a pathway into the working world of sport.

For anyone in the U23s set-up who is keen to register their interest, you can apply here.
