ELLIOT Watt’s booking from City’s abandoned trip to Scunthorpe will count – even though the game doesn’t.
Watt received his sixth yellow card of the season for a foul on the home side’s Mo Eisa before the game was stopped because of snow.
Referee David Rock decided to call it off altogether following a second break in play after 29 minutes.
But, under FA disciplinary rules, the booking for City midfielder Watt will still stand.
Joint-interim boss Conor Sellars said: “It’s one you have to double-check but Ell’s just got to get on with it.
“He’s got to make sure he doesn’t pick up too many yellows and gets a suspension.
“It’s just part of the game. Those are the rules and you’ve got to get on with it.
“Maybe it’s a discussion that has to take place at some time.”
Players who reach 10 bookings before the second Sunday in April will face a two-game ban.
