CITY defender Paudie O’Connor has been voted the GiveMeSport Fans’ League Two Player of the Month for December.
In a poll run by fan engagement experts Snack Media, the Irish centre half took 34 per cent of the vote after scoring one goal, keeping three clean sheets and winning an incredible 58 aerial duels in a month where City moved clear of the relegation zone.
He was up against three former Bantams in the poll, and Callum Guy did the best of those, with the Carlisle man picking up 23 per cent of the vote to come third.
Southend midfielder Timothee Dieng picked up just 10 per cent of the vote, while Tranmere striker James Vaughan only polled a miserable one per cent.
