BEN Richards-Everton is no longer a City player after leaving the club by mutual consent.

The centre half’s contract, which was due to run until the summer, has been cancelled to free him to move elsewhere.

Richards-Everton, 29, played 51 times and scored twice for the Bantams.

He made 13 appearances this season but lasted just 29 minutes in what proved to be his final game at Oldham before being substituted after being at fault for both goals.

Stuart McCall was sacked the following day and Richards-Everton has not even made the squad since Mark Trueman and Conor Sellars took charge.
