BRADFORD Bulls Women have come up with the brilliant idea of keeping supporters updated by weekly videos of their activities through lockdown.
Mark Seal's team were set to begin their pre-season for the 2021 Betfred Super League on Thursday, but the national lockdown three days prior put paid to that plan.
Instead of going away for six weeks, Bradford have decided to document what they will be to doing from home to get ready for the campaign.
Full back/winger Bethany Macmillan will be posting the clips on Bulls' official account.
In this one, she talks about the tough sandbag full body workout.
