JORDAN Gibson has moved to another club in Ireland.

The former Bantams midfielder today signed for Sligo Rovers for the 2021 season after spending the second half of the last campaign at St Patrick’s Athletic.

Gibson was released by City in May after three years at Valley Parade, playing 29 times.

The 22-year-old joined St Pat’s in the summer and was a regular in the side when the Irish campaign resumed.

Gibson said: “COVID hit everyone but I’m not afraid of a challenge and it was something I wanted to go and do and get games under my belt. I know the league.

“I’ve had time at home with my family and friends. I’m ready to come back into football, work hard and get places.”
