Upon that deal expiring, Sanyang has been plying his trade at Tadcaster Albion. even helping the Step Four side reach the FA Cup third qualifying round stage.

The former South Leeds Academy student should be in line for a start against Alfreton Town tomorrow.

He impressed in training to earn his place in a squad which has been hit with a number of injuries in forward positions.

Sanyang said: "I have worked continuously through lockdown with Scunthorpe United’s physiotherapist and sport conditioning coaches.

"They have helped me out with additional rehabilitation, getting me fitter and sharper to maintain a professional high level standard.

"Moving forward, I am even more hungrier and determined to get back to the top level.

"The opportunity shown to me by the gaffer is incredible. I hope I can help Bradford Park Avenue reach their goals, as well as entertaining the fans by giving 100% every time I get on the pitch."

Bradford assistant manager Danny Boshell added: "We have had Omar with us now for a couple of weeks. He has shown a great attitude and no small amount of ability and pace.

"He has shown us he has something about him and we would love for him to push on from here and show us more.
