BRADFORD (Park Avenue)'s league fixture with Boston United tonight has been moved to Wednesday (7.45pm).

The Vanarama National League North tie was always in danger of taking place on Monday after floodlight problems had forced Saturday's game at Horsfall to kickoff earlier.

In hindsight, the rescheduling may benefit both sides who will now have more time to recover from their gruelling clashes with Chorley and Southport at the weekend.

Meanwhile, the club have apologised and issued refunds to their supporters who incurred difficulties when watching the first half against the Magpies.

The stream, which costs £5 each home game, temporarily went down meaning Avenue had to broadcast the game live on Facebook.

After the break, the stream was restored though and it is hoped the problems have now been fixed ahead of the Boston game.

The club issued this statement: "As we strive hard to deliver a great streaming solution, adding team sheets, co-commentators and replays this weekend, we obviously had a few technical issues.

"Unfortunately, these were software related and outside of our control. We did manage to find a solution at halftime which means we should avoid the same issues in the future.

"Sadly, the issues meant we were unable to deliver the level of service we are aiming for so we have today processed full refunds to everyone whom purchased the Chorley game this weekend.

"You will all receive an email to the address that you used to make the purchase. The refunds have all been processed and should be in your accounts in 7-10 days.

"Once again we apologise for the interruption and hope to see you all watching again on Wednesday when we entertain Boston United at the Horsfall."
