In the last match of the Saturday series, anglers found fish in an unresponsive mood and several competitors failed to weigh in.
The winner was R. Thorne with 1lb 1oz. M. Wright was second with 1lb, while E. Harrison came third with 11.5oz. J. Mason finished fourth with 10oz.
Practically all the fish caught were by those four competitors.
The overall standings in the Saturday series saw J. Mason come out on top with 143 points. B. Mason came second with 138 points, despite hauling a far superior weight to the winner.
E. Harrison finished third with 125 points and R. Thorne was just behind, with 122 points in fourth.
BINGLEY ANGLING CLUB
Sunday's match on the River Aire will be fished in Myrtle Park. The draw is at 9am at Festival Bridge, while fishing will take place between 10am and 3pm.
