THERE was further good news for Bradford City after their first league win of the season on Saturday, as two of their players made their way into the EFL's Team of the Week.
It was no surprise to see Lee Novak in there, after his fine brace helped the Bantams come from behind to beat Stevenage 2-1.
But there was just reward for Tyler French too, who did well as part of a makeshift defence, as well as setting up Novak's first goal with a pinpoint cross.
The Bantams joined Blackburn Rovers, Swansea City and Oxford United by having two players in the Team of the Week.
There were spots for Rovers goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski and midfielder Bradley Johnson, after their side thumped Derby County 4-0, while Swansea's 2-0 win over Wycombe Wanderers ensured places for Jake Bidwell and Andre Ayew.
The Oxford pair in the team were James Henry and Matt Taylor.
Blackburn's manager Tony Mowbray was named as Manager of the Week.
