THE Bradford Sunday Alliance League is getting underway earlier than most, with the big kick-off just a few days away.

Most leagues are starting later next month, whether that be the Premier League and EFL (both September 12) or the Northern Counties East League (September 19).

Some, like the North West Counties League (October 3) begin even later, while the National League is also set to get underway in October.

But September 6 is the chosen start date for the Sunday Alliance League, with the opening day throwing up an interesting Premier Division clash between West Bowling and Bradford Moor YSA.

Other interesting games in the top flight on the opening day include Crossflatts Village against Sandy Lane, Station Hotel against Olympic and Wrose Bull versus AFC Wibsey.

Some of the opening day games in the Championship include Prospect AFC against FC Queensbury and Peacock Bar versus Low Moor.

In Division One, FC Mill Lane will host Newline, while Thornton United will be taking on Parry Lane.

As for the action in Division Two, Lincoln Barbers will entertain AFC Undercliffe and Thackley Athletic will go up against Eccleshill Lane Ends.

A stand out clash in Division Three will see Idle United host Shipley All Stars.

The fixtures have actually been released for the first four weeks of action in the Sunday Alliance League.

In terms of top Premier Division clashes, these include Olympic v Tyersal (September 13), Crossflatts Village v Station Hotel (September 20) and Sandy Lane v West Bowling (September 27).
