Thackley edged the Bradford derby in tonight's West Riding County Cup second-round tie, making home advantage count against Liversedge.
Two first-half goals saw them book their passage into the last eight.
Matt Mathers headed in from a 12th-minute corner to break the deadlock and Luke Caulfield netted the second after winning the ball out wide and cutting inside before slotting home.
