WEST BOWLING 1976:
Completing a hat-trick of successive wins in the Bradford and District Amateur Rugby League Cup final by beating Dudley Hill 13-8 at Odsal. Highlight of the dull game was the first try by Bowling centre Graham, who scored all his side’s points with two tries, three goals and a drop goal. For his first try he darted through the Dudley Hill defence after an interception 30 yards out. Dickinson kicked four goals for Dudley Hill, who led 6-5 at half-time.
WEST BOWLING 1966
West Bowling who beat NSF (Keighley) by 6-5 in the Bradford Amateur Rugby League championship final at Odsal Stadium May 1966.
WEST BOWLING 1970
West Bowling with the Bradford Cup after beating Wyke 9-5 in the final at Odsal, April 1970. The sides met again in the championship semi-finals.
WEST BOWLING 1975
Champagne celebration for West Bowling after they had beaten Dudley Hill 9-2 to win Bradford Amateur Rugby League Cup in the final at Odsal. West Bowling was in control throughout, opening the scoring with a try by Helliwell, and Brook who was celebrating his 21st birthday.
