BRADFORD City Women have confirmed that Mannaan Mehmood will join James Wright in leading their reserve side for the 2020/21 season.
Mehmood arrived at the club last year and had been acting alongside first team manager Chris Hames as technical coach.
But he has now switched roles at the club, and the news of the new duo being in charge of the reserves next season has gone down well on social media.
Discussing Mehmood's appointment, @lukeswin7 tweeted: "Great work @Manny786_ developing all time: shining example for young BAME coaches good luck for preseason."
The women's reserves side currently play in the FA Women's National League Reserve North Division One.
