A number of local sides have had their games postponed this evening due to waterlogged pitches.

Thackley were set to welcome National League North side Farsley Celtic to Dennyfield with both sides hopeful of progression through to the West Riding County Cup final.

The rescheduled semi-final date hasn’t been announced yet by either club.

In the Northern Counties East League Premier Division, Albion Sports were set to travel away to Handsworth. Albion - who had no scheduled fixture last weekend - were hoping to climb out of the bottom two with a victory.

Division One side Campion were also set to be on the road this evening, as they were in line to travel to mid table Parkgate. Unfortunately for the Bradford side, they won’t be able to build on their previous two league victories, which included a 3-1 win at high-flying Winterton at the weekend.

Silsden are due to visit table-topping Staveley Miners Welfare tomorrow in the Premier Division. After losing 1-0 to Barton Town at the weekend, Staveley will be looking to bounce back as they seek to increase their lead at the summit.
