With the recent weather it has only been the very hardy who have been venturing out onto the banks. For those few, the canal has been fishing well for roach and skimmers.

If any anglers are walking along the river bank along the flooded areas, we ask them to look in the flooded fields to check if any of the fish are stranded from the main river.
