DAMIAN Irvine has been appointed new chief executive officer at Ebbsfleet United while retaining his role as volunteer non-executive director at Hunslet R.L.F.C.
The 45-year-old was commercial director at Bradford Bulls before becoming CEO at Bradford (Park Avenue).
Irvine left the Vanarama National League North club last July before moving on to Betfred League One club Hunslet in November.
The Australian has also had spells in the past at top tier rugby league club Cronulla Sharks, Notts County and Wycombe Wanderers.
Ebbsfleet are currently second bottom in the National League.
