BRADFORD Bulls' Challenge Cup Third Round tie at home to National Conference League underdogs Underbank Rangers is to be screened live on BBC Sport and the BBC’s Red Button service.
It is hardly surprising, given Bradford's status within the game and the fact that Underbank are rugby league's oldest team. The game will be broadcast on Sunday, February 23, with kick-off at 1pm.
Underbank will surely revel in the chance to gain some exposure, as well as earning some welcome money from their TV appearance.
Bulls meanwhile are no stranger to being on TV for the Challenge Cup in the last 12 months.
Their 14-12 victory over Keighley Cougars in Round Four, 24-22 win over Leeds Rhinos in Round Six and 20-16 defeat to Halifax in the last eight of last year's tournament were all screened on the BBC.
On their club website, Bulls have confirmed that junior season ticket holders will get free entry, with any junior member of Huddersfield’s Community Club programme and/or Underbank’s Junior set-up also eligible for free entry.
Adults can purchase a ticket for just £12 before the day, with a concession ticket price £8 prior to the day of the fixture.
