FORMER Eccleshill United attacker Luke Harrop has signed for Toolstation Northern Counties East League Division One side Campion.
Harrop spent four years at the Eagles, after joining in 2015, and was a constant menace up top, delivering numerous goals and assists.
He decided to head for pastures new this summer, going up to North Yorkshire to play for Knaresborough Town.
He netted three times in 12 league starts there but the pull of Bradford was seemingly too strong, and he has returned there after just a few months.
His new club Campion may be in the league below Eccleshill and Knaresborough, but they look well set to join the pair in the Premier Division next season.
After a slight rocky spell in November and December, the Red and Blacks have picked up 10 points from their last four games, and sit third in the table.
Four teams are due to be promoted, and Campion have two games in hand on leaders Winterton Rangers too.
