WEST Bowling's Challenge Cup Second Round clash with Sherwood Wolf Hunt down in Nottinghamshire at the end of the month has just taken on even greater significance.
Not only will it now be streamed on the RFL's Our League app, but both clubs have put their heads together and are delighted to confirm that all gate receipts from the game will be donated to the fundraising initiative to support Leeds Rhinos legend Rob Burrow and his family.
The former scrum-half, a well-loved figure throughout rugby league, was sadly diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease last month at the age of just 37.
He and the retiring Jamie Jones Buchanan had a joint-benefit match at Headingley last Sunday against Bradford Bulls, which saw almost 20,000 fans pack into the ground to show their support.
Of course this game, which will kick-off at 1:30pm on Sunday, January 26, is unlikely to raise as much money, but it is still a wonderful gesture by both clubs.

The money raised so far is a staggering £285,000, a real indication of the high esteem in which Burrow is held throughout the rugby league world and beyond.
