BRADFORD (Park Avenue) manager Mark Bower is expecting another difficult assignment when his side face Halesowen Town for a second time in four days at the Grove.

Avenue played out a 2-2 draw with their lower league opponents in the FA Trophy first round meaning they will have to travel down south for the conclusion of the tie.

The winner has a home tie against Maidenhead United in the second round.

After making five changes to the team that were victorious over Altrincham in their last league outing, Bower named six players under the age of 23 against Town.

The short turnaround between the two fixtures leaves the Avenue boss unable to bring in any additional players. Therefore he must stick with his squad of youngsters.

The Bradford boss was provided another headache when top scorer Lewis Knight injured his hamstring in the original tie, although he hopes he can recall on one of his most experienced heads for the replay.

Bower said: "It will be a tough one for us, we showed when we moved that ball and got it down that we are more than capable of causing them problems.

"I am sure they will be pleased to get the replay, they will fancy their chances. We can’t sign anyone so we have to use what we got, try wrap them up and see what we can put together for Tuesday.

"The only one who we might have back is Ryan Toulson who was out with a chest infection. Hopefully he can get the approval.

"On the other hand, we have lost Lewis (Knight), we don’t have many options."
