Michael Flynn, who played 91 times for Bantams between 2009 and 2012, brings his Newport County side to Bradford on Saturday.
Seventh-placed City are four points and four places above the Exiles in the League Two table. It will also be City's first home league game since they grabbed a 2-0 victory over Exeter City on November 2.
On this week’s Parker on Parade, we discuss City's first clash against Newport since 1985 and the Bantams' 1-1 draw at Macclesfield Town last weekend.
T&A chief sports writer Simon Parker offers his views on the Bantams’ current run of form to T&A sports reporter Mark Stanford.
Simon also gives us his prediction ahead of the home clash with the South Wales side, as City look to gain momentum ahead of a busy festive period. Following Saturday’s clash, City have four games during the rest of December.
