ECCLESHILL United have the incentive of another big derby against closest rivals Thackley after the West Riding County FA Cup quarter-final draw was made.

The Eagles have yet to progress to the last eight after their first-round tie against Garforth Town suffered consecutive postponements due to wet weather.

The game finally went ahead last week when the match was switched to the Leeds club's ground as Eccleshill triumphed 3-2.

That has set up a tough trip to higher-ranked Ossett United, who are struggling in the lower reaches of the Northern Premier League North West Division, in the next round on Tuesday, December 3.

Victory for the Eagles would see them visit neighbours Thackley, whom they have already beaten in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division and the League Cup this season.

Also in the quarter-finals, Guiseley, who were given a bye over Brighouse in the last round, will visit the winners of Pontefract Collieries v Tadcaster Albion.

Farsley Celtic will host FC Halifax Town, while Harrogate Town welcome Barnoldswick Town.
