BULLS are hoping to attract more youngsters to matches next season as part of a free season ticket offer.

They are providing free season tickets for juniors under 12 who are registered with community clubs that are in partnership with the Bradford Bulls Foundation.

Those clubs are Silsden Storm, Keighley Albion, Queensbury Juniors, Clayton Juniors, West Bowling, Wyke, Wibsey Warriors, Odsal Sedbergh, Bradford Dudley Hill and Birkenshaw Bluedogs.

Bulls hope the deal will encourage more youngsters to participate in junior rugby league in the Bradford area.

Bradford Bulls Foundation rugby league development coach Ryan Hunkin said: “To take advantage of this fantastic offer, get playing rugby league at one of our fantastic community clubs for details of local clubs.

“We are very active in delivering not just rugby league but other sports and we want to get more active, in schools and community clubs.

“We are looking to build and get bigger and better, we engaged with over 30,000 adults and juniors in 2019 and we will increase that figure in 2020.”

This year saw the Bulls set up their community club ambassador programme, with members of John Kear’s playing squad assigned their own clubs - and they are set to expand this in 2020.

Over 2,000 juniors from clubs across Bradford took part in matchday activities throughout the year as part of a growing partnership with the Foundation and SkyTry - providing a pathway for juniors and encouraging participation in rugby league.
