RETURNING Bradford (Park Avenue) striker Oli Johnson could be in line for his first start since rejoining the club tonight, as his side face a tricky tie at Harrogate Town in the West Riding County Cup Second Round.

Johnson came on as a substitute, and had a goal disallowed, in Saturday's dreadful 4-0 defeat at Vanarama National League North relegation rivals Kettering Town.

The 33-year-old's late cameo was probably one of the only positives from a chastening afternoon, and Mark Bower will hope that his players can bounce back from that thrashing tonight.

Tomorrow sees Farsley Celtic in County Cup Second Round action too. The Celts sit fifth in the National League North and should be too strong in this home clash against Armthorpe Welfare.

The final County Cup clash of interest this week sees Eccleshill United host Garforth Town on Wednesday evening in the first round.

The two sides must be getting sick of the sight each other, with this their third clash in the last 24 days.

Garforth won the league encounter 2-1 on October 12, before Eccleshill exacted some revenge by winning 3-2 in the Toolstation Northern Counties East League League Cup last Wednesday.

That victory means Eccleshill are already in the fourth round draw, and there are a couple of Bradford sides still hoping to join them.

Tomorrow's League Cup Third Round action sees Campion visit Hemsworth Miners Welfare, while Liversedge host Goole AFC.
