STUART Vause, award-winning head groundsman at Castleford Tigers, is the first guest speaker of the Yorkshire branch of the Institute of Groundsmanship’s (IOG) winter season at Cleckheaton Sports Club on Wednesday (7.30pm).
Vause, winner of an IOG award in 2017, will talk about how he delivers a top-class playing surface on a limited budget.
There will also be a round of the national quiz and, as usual, all are welcome, be they IOG members or not.
