THE Bulls are looking to relocate their shop and office staff close to Odsal as the stadium exit continues.

The club are exploring suitable office space to base their off-field activities - and it is thought they have identified a potential site in Wibsey which they would hope to move into relatively quickly.

While the first team will be moving to the Tetley’s Stadium next year to ground-share with Dewsbury, the Bulls are keen to ensure their clerical staff remain local to the club’s home since 1934. They will only be based in Dewsbury on match days.

After the emotional send-off at the final home game on Sunday, staff have spent the week emptying rooms and offices to prepare to leave.

It is understood that a handful of full-time employees have been let go, chiefly on the maintenance side.

The window for announcing new signings is now open but the Bulls are stopped from doing any new contract deals while they remain in special measures.

John Kear currently has 14 players contracted for 2020 but is eyeing a squad of 22 to 24, fewer than this season.

The RFL’s strict stance, which the club are said to be "relaxed" with, is aimed at ensuring the Bulls ease their wage bill for next year.
