SEAN Scannell has joined Blackpool after leaving City by mutual consent.
A leaked photograph appeared on social media yesterday of the winger at Bloomfield Road.
But his departure from Valley Parade was only sealed this afternoon.
Scannell signed in the summer of 2018 for an undisclosed fee from Huddersfield. But he made only 18 appearances last season after a serious back injury kept him out for six months.
He has played six times in the present campaign but was on the bench in last week's loss to Forest Green.
The move to League One Blackpool sees him reunited with former Bantams boss Simon Grayson, who he previously played for at Huddersfield.
City are now expected to sign Pool midfielder Harry Pritchard.
