HARVEY Hallas has signed for Keighley Cougars until the end of this season.
The popular prop has secured a deal with Rhys Lovegrove's side following his release from Betfred Championship side Dewsbury Rams.
Hallas returned to Cougars on a one-month loan deal from Dewsbury earlier this season.
The 22-year-old had signed for Keighley ahead of last season, having been part of the Wakefield Trinity academy before then.
Hallas was originally a back-rower but the young player was soon turned into a powerful prop.
He was one of a number of players who quit Cougar Park following the controversy over unpaid wages last autumn. But now Hallas is looking to play a further part in Cougars' new era in Betfred League One.
