COLTON Roche insists he is raring to go again as he prepares to pull on the red, amber and black for the first time since 2017.

The forward re-joined the club this week on a season-long loan from Huddersfield Giants, who he joined following a year-long spell as a Bull.

The 25-year-old, who can play in either the front or second row, adds to a Bradford pack already bolstered by the return of Ross Peltier from injury.

Speaking of the privilege at being given another chance to play for the club, Roche admits he is eager to tear into training and play under the tutelage of John Kear.

“I am happy to be back, the move came about quickly and it will be good to get back into training and get some gametime under my belt,” said Roche.

“I just want to get going and tear into training – a lot has changed since the last time I was here.

“There are some new faces and some old faces too but it is an exciting new challenge for me.

“I am looking forward to working with John (Kear), learning what he is about and him learning about me and I am sure we can strike a good working relationship.

“It is a privilege for me to be here and for the club to give me a chance, I cannot wait to just get stuck in and have some good times.

“It feels like it has been a long time since I have played but I know what the fans expect here and it will be good to get going.”
