A new date for the Bradford (Park Avenue) away tie against Spennymoor Town has been announced.

The eagerly anticipated top-of-the-table clash was due to be played on Tuesday evening but was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

But, the Vanarama National League announced today the rearranged fixture will take place next Tuesday (March 19) at 7:45pm.

This adds further congestion to an already packed schedule for Avenue, who suffered a number of postponements in February due to the freezing conditions.

Bizarrely, Mark Bower's men have no game this weekend, but then follows four games in two weeks starting with the rearranged Spennymoor game.

With the extended break of a week and three days, Avenue will have plenty of time to prepare for the crunch promotion tie which sees third pitted against fifth.
