ECCLESHILL United's long unbeaten run will come under scrutiny tonight when high-flying Bridlington Town visit the Mitton Group Stadium.
Though the Eagles were knocked out of the League Cup last week by Selby Town, they have not lost in the Northern Counties East League since October 27.
They have suffered a number of postponements in that time but their run of form has lifted them up to 11th, their latest win coming last Saturday with a 4-1 demolition of Bottesford Town.
Fifth-placed Brid will provide a tough test with the club unbeaten in all competitions this month. The Seasiders have also won seven of their ten games on the road.
Nathan Modest will be Brid’s main threat. The 27-year-old striker has scored ten league goals this season, having come through the ranks at Sheffield Wednesday.
Meanwhile, local bragging rights are at stake tonight when Albion Sports welcome Thackley.
Both Bradford clubs are in need of points to steer away from trouble, with only goal difference separating the 16th-placed Dennyboys from their 17th-placed hosts.
Division One leaders Campion will aim to extend their three-point lead at the top when they entertain Glasshoughton Welfare.
