Goal difference separates Bradford City with League One survival. The Bantams are currently second from bottom in League One on 33 points. Their –16-goal difference has them behind the likes of Shrewsbury, Oxford United, and Bristol Rovers. Bradford have 13 games left to play this season and 39 points are up for grabs. Bantams fans can use the latest promo codes to wager on the club for the rest of the season. Can Bradford survive their relegation struggles and remain in League One next season? It won’t be easy.

Bradford City – Continued Consistency

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

Since November 17, Bradford have been consistently gaining points. Their improved form was a major contrast to what came in the weeks prior. Bradford won just three times in their first 17 matches. Thirteen of those first 17 matches ended in losses.

In their last 16 games, the Bantams have been a completely different team. They have won six times and picked up 23 points from a possible 48, just like the Hammers in EPL. Manager David Hopkin has watched his team turn its relegation form into the play of a midtable team. Unfortunately, due to Bradford’s awful start, they are not comfortably placed in mid-table. At least not yet.

Bradford obtained six points from their last five matches. Sure, it is not title winning form, but it is far better than the six-game losing streak the Bantams endured in October and November.

Bradford City – Gaining Ground

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

While Bradford have gained six points from their last five, teams ahead of them such as Walsall and Rochdale have struggled. The Bantams face off with Walsall in their next League One fixture in a massive six-point affair that could dictate which team remains in the division and which one drops into League Two.

The good news for Bradford is they defeated Walsall in their previous meeting. Bradford hammered Walsall 4-0 in mid-December thanks to goals from Paul Caddis, David Ball (two), and Eoin Doyle.

Walsall have lost their last five matches in League One. The Saddlers are dropping like a stone as the relegation zone is sucking them toward it. Just two points separate Bradford and Walsall in the race for survival. Depending on results elsewhere, Bradford could be resting safely outside the relegation zone by the time the weekend ends.

Bradford are undefeated in their last six matches against Walsall. The Bantams have won three and drawn three matches against their Black Country rivals while outscoring them 14-5.

Bradford City – Tough days to come

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

Bradford’s form will be put to the test following their trip to Walsall. Their following three matches will be against teams in the top seven. Portsmouth away, Peterborough at home, and Luton at home will follow. Peterborough were the only team of the three that Bradford took points off of in the first half of the season. The Bantams managed a 1-1 draw away against the Posh.

Five of Bradford’s last 13 matches will be played against teams within six points of them currently. If the Bantams can pick up points against those around them, they should stave of relegation and see life continue in League One next term.
