THIS weekend's women's football roster is dominated by cup fixtures.
The West Riding League Cup quarter-finals see lower division sides looking for an upset against Premier Division teams, as Phoenix play Bradford (Park Avenue) at Laisteridge Lane, Lower Hopton are at Hepworth and Farsley Junior First are up against Yorkshire Amateur at Woodhall.
Phoenix, whose squad includes three ex-Avenue players, beat Pontefract Sports 3-2 through Clare Graham (2) and Sanah Razaq.
Farsley had Camille Clarke, Kim Clydesdale, Shauna Hill and Sarah Kerford on target in their 4-0 victory over Huddersfield Amateur, who play Brayton at Selby Town FC.
In the League Shield, Farsley Junior Reserves play Boroughbridge at Lister Avenue and Ilkley Town take on Brighouse Athletic at Lightcliffe Academy.
Huddersfield Town have an FA Cup tie against Championship side Charlton Athletic at Crayford.
In the few league games, Tyersal are away to WRCWFL First Division basement side Leeds City at Adel and Leeds United entertain National Division One leaders Burnley at Thorp Arch.
