OTLEY will begin the defence of their Waddilove Cup next season with a first-round tie at Adel on Sunday, May 12.

Meanwhile, there will be a repeat of this season’s semi-final with runners-up Guiseley hosting Horsforth.

The opening round of the Aire-Wharfe League’s blue-riband cup competition also pits together Horsforth Hall Park and Addingham, who were both losing semi-finalists in this year’s inaugural Awards Galore Cup T20 competition.

Pool, losing Waddilove semi-finalists this year, will host Division Two champions Collingham, while Rawdon will host Bilton in an all-top flight clash.

Burley, league runners-up to Otley in 2018, are the only team to receive a bye, and will host either Adel or Otley in the quarter-finals on Sunday, June 16.

In the Awards Galore Cup, 2018 winners Saltaire have a bye into the second round and will travel to St Chads Broomfield on Sunday, June 2.

Bolton Villas, who lost in the final, will be at home to Ben Rhydding at the same stage.

There is only one preliminary round tie on Sunday, April 28, with Horsforth Hall Park at home to Olicanian.
