The award, which recognises the most outstanding performances in international matches, will be presented at the Rugby League International Federation Golden Boot award dinner in Leeds on Wednesday.
Former Bull John Bateman had been included in the initial long list.
England's Georgia Roche is one of five nominees up for the inaugurual women's award.
