THACKLEY'S Under-21 side drew 2-2 in their West Riding County FA Development League Division One game at home to leaders Beeston St. Anthony.
The hosts started the match slowly and conceded a poor goal after 15 minutes, following defensive mistakes, to give Beeston a half-time lead.
Joe Storey equalised for Thackley but Beeston restored their one-goal advantage straight away. With 10 minutes remaining though, Thackley levelled the score when Adam Hartley scored with a volley from a corner.
Nathan Priestley, the Thackley manager, said: "We dominated the latter stages of the match and if we had played an extra 10 minutes, we would have undoubtedly taken all three points."
Elsewhere, the U21 match between Huddersfield YMCA and Brighouse Town was postponed, as was Malt Shovel against Campion.
Finally, Bradford (Park Avenue) U19s are stuck at the bottom of the Northern Alliance League after their 3-2 defeat at the Horsfall Stadium against Liversedge. Avenue had Jordan Botwood and Jack Carter on target in their loss.
