Lower Hopton, who are in third, could move above Littletown should they account for visitors Ovenden West Riding.
TVR United, who have won all their three league games, will be seeking to add another victory from their trip to strugglers Lepton Highlanders.
PFC, who took seven points from their first three games, will be seeking to put two consecutive defeats behind them when they visit newcomers Ryburn United.
The draw for the first round of the West Riding County FA Challenge Cup, to be played on
Saturday October 6, has been kind to the league's clubs in terms of not knocking each other out.
Eleven of them have been drawn against opposition from other leagues, while two have been given byes.
