SALEM Athletic have become champions of Group A of the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League, despite only getting a losing draw against Great Horton Church.

In a game which was reduced to 28 overs per side, Church scored 180-8, with Mohammed Bilal making 69. In reply, Salem only scored 101-7, of which Khalil Ur Rehman hit 48.

Interlink are second after beating Girlington by 59 runs in a game which was reduced to 37 overs per side. Interlink scored 280-5 after struggling at 102-5 before an unbroken sixth-wicket partnership of 178 between Irfan Jamadar (195no off 116 balls) and Mohammed Pandor (43no), with Zahid Khaliq (5-65) taking all of the wickets.

Girlington were then all out for 221, with Rashad Mahmood scoring 71 and Asif Khan 45 not out as Awais Khan (4-54) and Zeeshan Bacha (3-25) got among the wickets for Interlink.

Apperley Bridge claimed a convincing win against early-season high-fliers Hallfield.

Bridge piled up 296 all out in 39 overs, with most players contributing – Tariq Rashid 61 off 48 balls, Munir Hussain 52 off 32, Hasan Zeb 43 off 38, Mohammed Khalid 42 off 30 and Yasir Shezad 41 off 38.

Imran Masood and Murtaza Noor took three wickets each for Hallfield, who were all out for 159 in 26.2 overs, with Shuja Khan scoring 40 as Tariq Rashid (4-54) and Zaka Ullah (3-59) were in the wickets.

Yorkshire Friends beat Bradford Gymkhana by five runs in a thriller at Hirst Wood in a game that was reduced to 35 overs per side.

Friends scored 210-8 as Israr Ali scored 41, with Rizwan Hameed (40no) and Zabeeh Ullah (50) sharing a partnership of 91 for the seventh wicket.

Gymkhana were then all out for 205, with the last wicket falling on the last ball of the innings.

Mohammed Altaf scoring 62 and Mohammed Ishtiaq 56 as Zabeeh Ullah took 4-27 for Friends.

Bradford Moor gained a winning draw against Yorkshire LPS, despite only having nine men.

Moor were all out for 150 off 36 overs, with Sohail Akram scoring 74.

LPS scored 141-8, with Ghazanfer Ali scoring 48 as Sahid Farooq (4-28) and Abdul Hamid (3-18) were in the wickets for Moor.

The game between Omars and Cambing was abandoned as the ground was unfit to play.

In Group B, Bradford Moor YCA have become champions after a losing draw against Cambing in a game which was reduced to 35 overs per side.

Cambing scored 236-7, with Rafaqat Ali (96) and Tamheed Ali (67) contributing with the bat, while Mohammed Shoaib Baig took 3-30 for Bradford Moor.

Moor then scored 200-8, with Istiraj Khan (61) and Shahbaz Khan (52) leading the way as Abdul Baasit Khan took 3-14.

Denholme Clough have secured promotion after they beat Allerton by four wickets.

Allerton were all out for 124 off 30.4 overs, with Sohail Shah scoring 44 as Anjum Shazad (4-24) and Muhammad Asif (4-31) cut loose with the ball for Clough.

They then replied with scored 125-6 off 35.5 overs.

Bradford Gymkhana beat Hallfield by one wicket, with the latter dismissed for 70 in 22.3 overs.

Gymkhana then scored 71-9 off 20.3 overs, with Shahbaz Ishaq taking 5-34.

Great Horton Church defeated Salem Athletic by six wickets, dismissing them for 115 as Nazakat Ali bagged 5-23.

In reply, Church scored 116-4 with Zafran Ghaffar scoring 41.

Greenfield gained a winning draw against Girlington after making 193-8 off 29 overs, with Kamran Khaliq scoring 70.

Girlington B replied with 145-5, with Zahoor Ahmed scoring 43 and Ahsan Ali 40.

Bowling Baptists beat TABS by eight wickets after dismissing TABS for 67 (Paris Thompson 5-19, Shazaid Yousaf 3–28).

Greenfield have become champions of Group C after beating Bowling Baptists by 88 runs.

Murtaza Ali scored 50 in Greenfield's 175, with Tariq Mahmood taking 4-48.

Baptists were then all out for 87, with Shafqat Zaheer (3-26) Murtaza Ali (3-25) and Assat Mehmood (3-12) sharing the wickets.

Bradford Indians remain second after beating West Bowling by 80 runs.

Indians were all out for 140 off 32 overs, with Mohammed Rafiq (5-37) and Tahir Afzal (3-32) among the wickets for West Bowling.

Bowling were then dismissed for 60 off 34.3 overs, Muhammad Nouman Ul-Haq taking 5-11.

Yorkshire LPS beat Great Horton Meths by 81 runs in what was the last game of the season for both teams. LPS were all out for 203, with Viral Patel unbeaten on 81 as Joseph Deakin (3-38), Kameron Azami (3-19) and Mohammed Ali Bahadur (3-49) took the wickets for Meths.

Meths were all out for 122, despite Praful Patel (4-21) and Sandip Patel (3-19).

The game between Allerton and Central YMCA was a rain affected draw.

Allerton were all out for 192 off 28 overs, with Ahmad Rahman scoring 65.

Central YMCA were 101-4 after 26 overs when rain stopped play.
