In his first press conference as Bradford City head coach, David Hopkin admitted that the club's fans mean everything.
He said that supporters needed to see a change in the team, and that could be done by getting a solid culture and structure in place.
He believes that in his previous coaching jobs, one of his greatest successes is having everyone pulling in the same direction.
He also was bullish about dealing with the pressure at City, insisting that he was not worried about the previous 2018 regimes that had quickly fallen by the wayside.
