At new head coach David Hopkin's first Bradford City press conference, he discusses what his options were over the summer.
He admits that the option of choosing the Bantams was not on the table in the summer, although he is happy to take his chance now.
Chairman Edin Rahic confessed that City were keen to take a different approach with Michael Collins when they made that appointment in July.
He spoke with regret and said that he took responsibility that the gamble ultimately failed, with Collins leaving the club after just seven games in charge.
