Pudsey St Lawrence need just eight points from their trip to Methley to be sure of winning the All Rounder Cricket Bradford Premier League title.
If they achieve their aim it will crown Chris Marsden’s first year as captain and seal their third championship in four seasons.
Opponents Methley have enjoyed a successful first campaign in the top flight, but they are likely to be without their Yorkshire all-rounder Matthew Waite who has been playing in the current County Championship game against Nottinghamshire.
New Farnley can snatch top spot if St Lawrence fail to get the required points and they secure a 20-point win at Bradford & Bingley.
But that cannot be taken for granted following the Wagon Lane side’s surprise six-wicket win at Hanging Heaton last week.
Hanging Heaton, who beat New Farnley in a thrilling heavy Woollen Cup final last Sunday, round off their league programme at Lightcliffe.
They have another cup final on Sunday when they tackle the Yorkshire Premier League South champions Wakefield Thornes at Cleckheaton in the Black Sheep Yorkshire Champions Trophy.
Fourth-placed Woodlands tound off their campaign at home to Townville, while just down the road, Cleckheaton are hosts to Farsley.
The final Premier Division clash sees the bottom two, Scholes and East Bierley, meet at New Popplewell Lane.
In Championship One, all eyes will be on the battle between the top two, Undercliffe and Wrenthorpe at Intake Road.
