BRADFORD (Park Avenue) Under-19s notched a 2-2 draw in their pre-season friendly against Durham County FA Under-18s.
Seven new scholars started for Avenue, and Jordan Botwood and Joe Ockleby went close to opening the scoring for them.
However, Durham took the lead and were only prevented from going further ahead by some fines saves from George Widdop.
With Avenue's Adam Whitrick having to go off injured, Durham increased their lead before half-time.
But after the break, Avenue played with a lot more energy and were rewarded when Tanvir Ali scored.
With five minutes to go, Matt Rowntree delivered a fine pass for Harry Holmes to score a deserved header to level the match at 2-2.
