BRADFORD & Bingley Sports Club are hosting a Summer Celebration on Wednesday to coincide with England playing in the Vitality Hockey Women’s World Cup.
England began the tournament with a draw against India on Saturday, and play their second match against the United States on Wednesday (8pm).
That match, plus Germany v Argentina (6pm) will be shown on the big screen at Wagon Lane, where other offerings include a barbecue and a bouncy castle.
There will also be ‘Fortnite Hockey’, an adaptation from the popular video game Fortnite.
Players are asked to eliminate opponents while navigating an ever-shrinking map until just one player remains.
Fortnite Hockey follows a similar format, and participants will attempt to eliminate their opponents by knocking their ball out of squared-off area while keeping control of their own ball throughout the game.
Over time the squared area will become smaller until just one player remains.
