GUISELEY manager Paul Cox has returned to his former club Barrow to sign midfielder Alex-Ray Harvey.
The 26-year-old leaves the Cumbrians after making 214 appearances for them since August 2012.
The Burnley-born player earned his first professional contract in the summer of 2009 with his home-town club, playing regularly for the Clarets reserves.
Harvey was loaned out to Fleetwood Town in March 2011 and again in August 2011.
He joined Barrow initially on a one-month loan in January 2012 and made his debut in the defeat at Fleetwood Town.
After returning to Burnley at the end of the loan in mid-April, he was released by the Turf Moor club in May 2012.
