WYKE Wanderers had two debutants sent off as their West Yorkshire League survival hopes took a knock.
Adam Finney and John Douglas were both red-carded in a 2-1 home loss against Hunslet.
Wyke had equalised through Jamie Underdown but their troubled season continued when the visitors hit a late winner.
Baildon Trinity Athletic never recovered from a poor start in their 3-1 loss to Sherburn White Rose.
The second-placed side scored first after five minutes and did not look back. A misjudgement from the keeper allowed a second in just before the break.
The second half was a similar story, although neat footwork from Sean McVey set up Lee Mathers to pull one back. But Baildon's hope proved shortlived as Sherburn quickly restored their two-goal cushion with a header.
Field went top of the Premier Division after a 2-0 win at bottom club Knaresborough Town.
After a poor first half, Field finally picked it up and took the lead through Josh Milner, with Nick Doherty's header then making sure of the points.
Field assistant boss Barry Dunne admitted: "Our opponents should have got something. They played well and not like they are bottom of the league."
