FORMER Bantams loanee Tom Adeyemi is poised to return to the Leeds United squad for tomorrow's trip to Nottingham Forest.
Adeyemi missed the 1-0 home win against Preston after being forced off at half-time in the 3-2 victory at Wolves three days earlier.
United manager Steve Evans said: "He was laid low for a couple of days with a virus and it's never nice.
"He looked as if he was just devoid of any energy after 30 seconds at Wolves, never mind ten minutes, but he's now back and available. He will be on the team coach going to Nottingham."
Evans is also optimistic about the prospects for skipper Sol Bamba coming into his plans for the festive period.
Bamba has been an unused substitute for Leeds' last two outings after returning from injury.
"Sol will get his turn over the holiday period because we didn't choose to play Thursday night on the television and then on a Sunday," said Evans.
"The recovery time is pretty much zero. We certainly didn't choose to be playing on the 27th at 4.30pm or to be back out at Elland Road on the 29th hosting one of the best teams (Derby) in the league.
"It's very tough for the players but I'll use the squad we've got. It's no secret that within our camp we're not happy with the schedule coming up."
